SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders take approximately 2-10 business days to be processed and shipped. During high volume times such as sales or new releases, please allow up to 10-14 business days. Processing time (the time it takes for your order to be fulfilled) and Shipping time (the time it takes for you to receive your order) are different things. Business days are Monday- Friday. *PLEASE NOTE THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO COVID-19 SO PLEASE ALLOW FOR 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS*

  • We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses. We start processing orders as soon as they are placed. Any changes made after purchase is NOT guaranteed. However, if you noticed the mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the item gets shipped out. You will have a 48hr window to do so, if you contact us after that grace period, we can no longer make any changes.

  • WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN, OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED SHIPMENTS IF THE ADDRESS INFORMATION PROVIDED IS INCORRECTLY ENTERED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

  • We are not responsible for damaged products as a result of shipping mishandling.

  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, you will receive a refund for the subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping fee).

  • We are NOT held responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We DO NOT issue refunds or store credit for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  • ALL U.S. & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. 

  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipment of packages/orders.

SALES POLICY

  • All sales items are FINAL, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds on any sale items.

  • We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after the 24 hour grace period, we have the right to reject the claim.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed. You will ONLY have a 48hr grace period for address changes if you submitted an incorrect address.

  • Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, high volume of orders, and/or bad weather.

PRIVACY POLICY

You provide information about yourself, such as your name and email address, if you register for an account, subscribe, or place an order. We may use your email address to send you Order-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you don’t want to receive these messages, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address, and our responses.


We do not share your information with any third-party companies, nor is your credit card information stored on our site's cookies for further use.
